SHIPPING INFORMATION.
Any order placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Any order placed after 4:00 PM will be counted as an order placed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day. It is not possible to ship packages on holidays.
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock, which will delay the fulfillment of your order. We will keep you informed of any product you have ordered that is out of stock and not available for immediate shipment. If we have a question or problem with your order, we will contact you via the email provided.
We cannot control the exact time it takes for a package to reach its destination. Typically, it will take 72 hours after payment. In case the post office cannot find the address, it may take a little longer than the estimated time. Our best advice is to plan ahead and/or order larger orders.
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.
If there is a product that you wish to exchange, you must do so for another item of equal or greater value directly at any of our stores up to 30 days after purchase. At the moment, we do not accept exchanges or returns on teas, infusions and sweeteners.
