SHIPPING INFORMATION.
Any order placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Any order placed after 4:00 PM will be considered as placed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will ship the next business day. We cannot ship packages on holidays.
There may be times when the product you ordered is out of stock, which will delay the fulfillment of your order. We will keep you informed of any product you ordered that is out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. If we have a question or problem with your order, we will contact you via the email address you provided.
We cannot control the exact time it takes for a package to arrive at its destination. It usually takes between 24 and 72 hours after payment. If the post office cannot locate the address, it may take a little longer than the estimated delivery time. Our best advice is to plan ahead and/or place larger orders.
HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.
If there is a product that you wish to exchange, you must do so for another item of equal or greater value directly at any of our stores up to 30 days after purchase. At the moment, we do not accept exchanges or returns on teas, infusions and sweeteners.
